Our story

European Hardwood Floors has been installing flooring products for residential clients in Contra Costa, Alameda, Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties since 1998. The company has the in-house capabilities to install everything from hardwood flooring and carpet to vinyl composition and luxury vinyl tile, and it also has the training and equipment to sand, stain, and finish old or damaged floors.

Unlike flooring companies whose owners delegate project management responsibilities to less experienced employees, European Hardwood Floors provides every job with the hands-on expertise of Mr. Milosevic himself. “I personally write each estimate and I’m often the lead installer on projects,” he says. “Our clients appreciate that I’m fully involved in their jobs and take responsibility for all of our work. They know that if I promise them something, I’ll make sure it gets done.”

Another distinguishing attribute of European Hardwood Floors is its dedication to guaranteeing customer satisfaction. “After an installation is done, we give the customer two weeks to make sure everything is correct before they make the final payment,” explains Mr. Milosevic. “Sometimes people see small things they want changed or replaced, so they really appreciate having the time to inspect every part of the job before considering it complete.”
